ProLEAP Academy (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates www.proleapacademy.com. This page explains what information we collect through the site, why we collect it, and how you can reach us about it.

When you fill an enquiry, registration or contact form, we collect what you enter — typically your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, city, current role or education, course of interest and any message you add. We do not ask for payment card details through these forms.

The site does not currently load Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or advertising tracking pixels. Our hosting and security infrastructure may process basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type and request logs, to keep the site reliable and secure.

We use the details you submit to respond to your enquiry, share course, batch and fee information, and follow up by phone, email or WhatsApp. Basic technical logs, where generated by our hosting or security infrastructure, are used only to operate, secure and troubleshoot the site. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Forms on this site are delivered natively by the site itself and stored securely. Enquiries can also reach us via WhatsApp, which is operated by WhatsApp/Meta under its own privacy terms. Our hosting and security providers may process limited technical data needed to deliver and protect the site. We do not currently use third-party web analytics or advertising tags.

The site may use essential cookies for security and administrator sessions, and your browser may store a display preference locally. It does not currently set Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager cookies. You can clear stored site data in your browser settings; the public site will continue to work, though your display preference may not be remembered.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by writing to care@proleapacademy.com.

Our programs are intended for students, freshers and working professionals. The site is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them without a parent or guardian’s involvement.

We may update this policy from time to time as the site or our processes change. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
